KNIGHTON AND DISTRICT ROTARY CLUB LADIES FASHION SHOW FOR CHARITY
On Friday September 22nd 2017 the Rotary Club of Knighton and District are holding their second annual charity fashion show, where there will be a pop up shop for 50% off ex high street fashion purchases. It will be a great night with great bargains! The venue is the Knighton Hotel, 3 Broad Street, Knighton LD7 1BL with doors opening at 7pm and show starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 and fabulous prizes are to be won on the night from a raffle to raise money for the Air Ambulance and Rotary charities. KNIGHTON ROTARY CLUB SUPPORTS JUNIOR FOOTBALLERS
Enthusiastic young footballers from Knighton have received a boost from Knighton and District Rotary Club to purchase more equipment. Coach Stuart Davis and assistant Tom Farmer welcomed the donation. Stuart remarked “We warmly welcome all players under 12 years old and enhancing equipment is crucial to the growth and development of both the club and the juniors”. Rotary Club President Patrick added “Knighton Rotary Club members are keen advocates of local sports and family activities, as well as supporting local charities in the Knighton area”.
